Here at Vitamins at Home we always try to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their products. We make every effort to check that everything we send is of pristine quality and not only meets your expectations, but meet our own very high standards. In some instances though you may feel that, for whatever reason, a product you receive isn't as expected; for these rare instances we have a straightforward returns policy.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided you return it in a fully resaleable condition within seven days of receipt.
If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you change your mind and no longer want what you have ordered you can return it for a refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and you send it back within seven days of receipt. We do, however, ask that you pay postage for any unwanted items.
When returning products we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service; to do this, obtain a Post Office proof of posting or insurance to cover the value of the unwanted item as we cannot be held responsible for goods you despatch that are lost or damaged in transit between you and us.
